Trading Administrator

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will be to offer Administrative support to our busy Trading and Buying department.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inputting Data and managing current and new Excel spreadsheets.
  • Working with internal company stock and order system.
  • Managing various Marketing / Promotional material throughout the business.
  • Maintaining professional working relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Placing purchase orders from suppliers and managing stock levels.
  • Working towards strategic project deadlines on a variety of tasks.
  • Meet KPI standards set by the Head of Trading.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft office software in particular Excel.
  • 5 GCSEs grade A-C to include English and Maths
  • Must have effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Third level education at University level in a business-related discipline (BSC Hons)
