The successful candidate’s key responsibilities will be to offer Administrative support to our busy Trading and Buying department.
- Inputting Data and managing current and new Excel spreadsheets.
- Working with internal company stock and order system.
- Managing various Marketing / Promotional material throughout the business.
- Maintaining professional working relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Placing purchase orders from suppliers and managing stock levels.
- Working towards strategic project deadlines on a variety of tasks.
- Meet KPI standards set by the Head of Trading.
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft office software in particular Excel.
- 5 GCSEs grade A-C to include English and Maths
- Must have effective negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Third level education at University level in a business-related discipline (BSC Hons)
