Our IFEX Award Winning burger combines a blend of carefully selected local butchered cuts of chuck and short rib with mild flavours of roasted onion, garlic and seasoned with smoked Maldon sea salt that gives a touch of gourmet style which makes for a seriously good gluten free handcrafted patty.
This burger is loose textured with mild flavoursome notes and a tender meaty bite. Best cooked in a griddle for 3 minutes on each side then press the patty to release the flavours. Season and cook thoroughly.
