Our purchasing department has developed and established trustworthy relationships with many of our suppliers, enabling them to work together to develop innovative concepts for new products, improve packaging and to respond to customer needs. The strength of these relationships is imperative to our business success whilst ensuring our customers our products are of remarkable value and quality.
Our replenishment buyers are constantly monitoring stock levels to make sure we keep our customers stocked at all times. They ensure the right brands and best pack sizes are selected that best fit the foodservice market. They monitor supplier service levels to make sure our Key partners are meeting our service expectations and Quality standards.
Our Trading team are constantly looking into new market trends and innovations to bring our customers new concepts that will complement our product offering. Their role encompasses the following key strategies to help our customers:

Key to our Trading strategy is working with Local suppliers throughout Ireland to bring our customers the best local produce, support local enterprise, sustain local employment and keep money in the local economy.
