About the Role:

To lead the supervisory role regarding outbound picking & loading operations and comply with safety and quality standards whilst coordinating picking & loading staff. Ensuring all orders are picked accurately and efficiently & cages and pallets are wrapped, scanned, secured, and loaded accurately to support safe distribution processes, service accuracy, and driver efficiencies.
