Mid Shift Operations Manager (Coleraine, NI)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable Mid Shift Operations Manager to oversee a dynamic warehouse operation during our afternoon/evening shift. You will lead a team of Warehouse Supervisors and approximately 40 operatives across various temperature-controlled zones. Your primary responsibility is to ensure all shift activities — including picking, loading, replenishment, and dispatch — are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with KPIs.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to performance management and continuous improvement.
