About the Role

The Operations Performance Analyst is responsible for measuring, analysing, and improving warehouse operational performance across the Operations department. This role focuses on Delivered Service Level (DSL) analysis, productivity optimisation, and operational efficiency through comprehensive data analysis, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a crucial role in supporting Lynas Foodservice's commitment to achieving and maintaining our Customer Delivered Service Level and driving operational excellence through data-driven insights and proactive problem-solving.
