About the Role:

The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for delivering recruitment and onboarding activities across Lynas Foodservice. The role supports hiring managers in attracting, sourcing and recruiting talent across optional, commercial and support functions, while ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all new starters. The postholder will manage recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to onboarding, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an excellent recruitment experience that reflects The Lynas Way.
