Flower & White mountainous meringues are handmade using only quality ingredients and baked to a traditional Swiss recipe - the sugar is gently heated before being whisked into free range egg whites, natural flavours are added and the meringues are then slow baked to perfection. They’re naturally gluten free and suitable for Vegetarians.
You can serve them in many different ways - crack open and fill with cream or curd, dollop with cream and fresh berries, drizzle with coulis or sauces.
