Celebrating 75 years of Lynas
Since 1951, we've grown from a small family-run fish business in Coleraine into the largest family-run distributor on the island of Ireland. Today, we serve thousands of customers across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Scotland through foodservice, 11 Lynas Food Outlets and a growing portfolio of own brands, including Causeway Prime Butchery, Keenan Seafood and First 4 Fruit.
Three generations later, we're still family run and celebrating that milestone by giving something back.
Lynas Walks the World
To mark our 75th anniversary, teams from across all three regions are taking on the challenge of walking the equivalent of the World’s circumference (24,901 miles) to raise money for search and rescue charities from Mon 20 July - Sun 30 August.
While every team is competing for prizes and a place at the top of the leaderboard, every mile walked has a bigger purpose: supporting the incredible volunteers and organisations that are there when people need them most.
