About the Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to support Lynas Foodservice’s customer service standards by ensuring the safe and efficient running of site operations. This includes supervising and assisting a team of night operatives in the unloading of trunker vehicles, as well as the accurate sorting and loading of the depot’s delivery fleet. The role is also responsible for ensuring depot loading standards are consistently achieved, while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, monitoring team performance, and promoting safe working practices across all activities.
