Celebrating Innovation at Lynas Food Show
A key highlight of this year’s Lynas Food Show was our Supplier Awards which celebrated those helping drive the foodservice industry forward.
Meet this year’s winners below.
Food Innovation of the Year
The Food Innovation of the Year award was presented to Daragh, Albert and Paul from Délifrance for their standout pistachio filled croissant that certainly stole the show!
Drink Innovation of the Year
Accepting the award for Drink Innovation of the Year was Noeline from Love Struck, who picked up the award for their refreshing Acai High Smoothie — a vibrant blend bringing fresh energy to the drinks category.
Non-Food Innovation of the Year
Accepting the Non-Food Innovation of the Year award was Steve, representing NCCO, for their Datecode Genie Labeller — an innovative solution designed to simplify kitchen labelling that helps to improve efficiency, reduce errors and minimise food waste.
Rising Star Supplier
This year’s Rising Star Supplier award went to Walkers, with Stevey accepting the award in recognition of a partner making a strong and growing impact within the Lynas network.
Best Stand Experience
Voted for by customers and the judging panel, the Best Stand Experience award went to Grove Dairy for delivering a stand that drew everyone in. Special shout out to Roy, Lynn and Joanne who accepted the award after putting in a huge amount of effort to create such a welcoming atmosphere on the day.
